Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A tray of cooked ham was found stored UNDERNEATH a tray used for storing raw fish. This could lead to cross contamination.
Corrective Action(s): All ready to eat food items such as ham must be stored above any raw fish, meats or poultry. The operator will be using the ham for soup by cooking the ham.

* Do not store brooms and other cleaning tools in the dry food storage room.
* Ensure that dishwasher chlorine levels are monitored and recorded every day.
* Clean the tabletop rotating fan in the juice serving area to remove dirt build-up.
* Clean the door seals/gaskets for small under-counter freezer located across from the cookline ( mould and debris noticed in the gasket)
