Speed racks available for baking pans to cool foods properly
2-compartment sink next to wash sinks secured and sealed to wall
AA Happy Pest Control comes in monthly -report reviewed and indicates no pest activity

NOTE: observed bowls in use for bulk foods and ice scoopers in ice machine -do not leave the utensils in the food -place the scoopers outside of the ice machine and bulk foods
NOTE: do not store any equipments under the cooking line -remove the woks there -you are expected to mop, clean and disinfect there nightly
