- Overall cleaning for the facility is improved.
-Pest control report form pest control company received.
-No sign of rodents noted at time of visit.

* Noted black poison boxes at multiple locations throughout the facility. Immediately locate and remove all boxes. Operator started removing boxes and called pest control technician to locate/remove any other boxes at the facility.
*Sanitation levels of the janitorial sink area, the staff washroom and the hard-to-reach areas in the facility must be maintained at the levels discussed.
