- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at - 18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.1'C at the plate level after final rinse.
NOTE: Ensure to confirm that the rinse temperature is at 82'C at the manifold before running the first load of the day.
- Professional pest control company contracted for a monthly visit. Traps in place.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in proper manner.
- Back storage room satisfactory. Foods stored in pest proof containers.
- Foods delivered from approved sources.
- Washroom satisfactory.

- Handwash station adequately supplied.
- Cooler temperature satisfactory.
