Owner change as of Sep 20, 2016. No changes to menu and layout. Note that any changes must be approved by Fraser Health. -Application completed. -All coolers <=4°C. -All freezers <=-18°C. Store area sanitation is satisfactory. *Walk-in cooler - ensure all items are stored off the floor on shelving. Minimum 6" clearance is required. Follow-up inspection will be conducted to ensure above noted issues are connected. *Provide a commercial sanitizer to wipe down counters/surfaces. Chlorine solution may be used as a sanitizer ( 1 tsp house hold bleach per litre of water).
