Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in a spray bottle and container measured at over 200 ppm in concentration.
Corrective Action(s): Dilute the bleach solution with water to ensure the concentration lowers to 100-200 ppm. This is the proper concentration to sanitize food contact surfaces.
