Follow up inspection conducted:
-Time tracking sheet has been corrected/reprinted to show every 2 hours at the cold holding self serve table
-Gap underneath door to back entrance has been closed/sealed with metal sheets
-Gap underneath dishwasher has been sealed/closed
-No rodent droppings observed at follow up inspection; all previous droppings have been removed
-No food debris left at the dishwashing area in the large pot at end of day; Manager indicates staff are not leaving leftover hot pot food waste overnight in the pot on the floor (as this can attract rodents/pests)
