Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer not available to sanitize food contact surfaces. Operator made 100 ppm chlorine water sanitizer at the time of this inspection and provided in Bakery front and back. 1/2 teaspoon house hold bleash in one litre of water is to be made as sanitizer for food contact surfaces. Ensure to test the chlorine residue and it should be 100-200ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Obtain proper sanitizer's test strips respective to chemical used as sanitizer so that chemical concentration can be tested and verified.
Please Follow your sanitation plan and ensure sanitizer is always available.

- Cooler in front measured at or below 4C. Display cooler measured at or below 4C

- Walk in freezer measured at or below -18 Degree C. Walk in cooler measured at or below 4C.
Reminder: Floor in walk in freezer is to be cleaned and food debris removed from under shelve.
Reminder: Ensure to monitor temperature for all cooling units twice daily, record temperature in a temperature log and kept the log updated daily. Ensure accurate independent thermometer is available inside each unit.

Cleaning and sanitation frequency for dough mixers, icing mixers etc discussed with staff on site. Ensure to follow your sanitation plan.

General sanitation of dry storage, shelving and other surfaces were satisfactory. Garbage management was found to be overall good.
