Pest control company - all pests/bait stations properly labelled
Bulk area - very well organized, all food bins are clean and supplied with their own dispensing spoons. " Victory" solution provided by ECO lab is measured 100ppm chlorine based solution for vegetable and fruits treatment.New high temperature dishwasher " Hobart " is installed and daily temperature is recorded. ECO lab added additional "soaking bins" for cleaning the bulk bins ( measured quat as an active ingredient ). Measured temperature of the high temp dishwasher at 190F at the final rinse.
Produce area - 3 compartment sink ( missing dividers between wash/rinse and sanitize sinks ). Potato station/storage area - require some cleaning - completed at the time of inspection. Walk in cooler - clean and well organized.
