Routine health inspection. Prepackaged food/beverage only. Coolers at 4 degrees C* (potentially hazardous food and beverage storage). Thermometer in place. Freezers at -18 degrees C or less. Food storage satisfactory. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Note: 1. Milk cooler measured 4 degrees C however some areas at 5/6 degrees C; cooler appears to be in defrost. Monitor to ensure temperature returns to 4 degrees C or less. 2. 3-compartment sink removed. Discussed the following with the owner at the time of inspection: Contact the Environmental Health Officer prior to making changes to operations, equipment, layout. Only prepackaged food/beverage permitted.
