Operator indicated there is no hot water line and stated they will contact the plumber for the hot water. Corrective Action(s): Handsink beside the POS is to have both hot and cold running water for handwashing. In the meantime, staff to use nearby cake decorating station handsink. Follow up to inspection report #VHUU-D32VRV. CORRECTED VIOLATIONS: 209 corrected - chest freezer removed and replaced with a storage shelf. Premises now storing their buster bars and ice cream sandwiches in the walk-in freezer. 308 (2) corrected - mop sink faucet replaced - no leaking observed. 501 corrected - operator provided staff FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent enrollment email during inspection. NOTE: 1. Discussed with manager that if reusable stainless steel blizzard cup collars are used, they must be washed in the 3 compartment warewashing sink, not in the drive through handsink. The handsink is to be used for handwashing ONLY.
