Observation: No hot water available at the handsink beside POS. Operator indicated there is no hot water line and stated they will contact the plumber for the hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Handsink beside the POS is to have both hot and cold running water for handwashing. In the meantime, staff to use nearby cake decorating station handsink.

CORRECTED VIOLATIONS:
209 corrected - chest freezer removed and replaced with a storage shelf. Premises now storing their buster bars and ice cream sandwiches in the walk-in freezer.
308 (2) corrected - mop sink faucet replaced - no leaking observed.
501 corrected - operator provided staff FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent enrollment email during inspection.

NOTE:
1. Discussed with manager that if reusable stainless steel blizzard cup collars are used, they must be washed in the 3 compartment warewashing sink, not in the drive through handsink. The handsink is to be used for handwashing ONLY.
