Introduction

This is a follow-up inspection to routine inspection report # CRAU - B3MQNR (completed on August 14, 2018). This inspection was completed with the Manager.

Contraventions

Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #CRAU - B3MQNR have been corrected.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

All items from the routine inspection report appear to have been addressed. With regards to the recreational care planning, the computerized care planning system has documented the activities persons in care are to participate in on a regular basis. The Manager stated other activities will be implemented which are being looked into. The writer previously got in touch with one of his other homes to assist the Manager in the development of recreation care plans. Please ensure recreation care assessments are completed from which a recreation care plan is developed. Thank you for your time to complete today's inspection.
