-Coolers measured 4C or less: walk in cooler(shared with store), under counter cooler, 3 display cooler, 1 stand up cooler
-Soup hot holding above 74C
-Hot holding chicken display case above 60C
-No signs of pest
-3 compartment sink equipped
-Quat sanitizer 200 ppm at dispenser
-Quat bucket 200ppm. Ensure this is changed frequently and tested daily. Test strips were found not opened
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-Cooling procedures satisfactory: Reminder 60C to 20C in 2 hours and 20C to 4C in 4 hours. This is stated in food safety plan.
