Routine inspection conducted.

Kitchen:

- Kitchen handsink was supplied with liquid hand soap, hot and cold running water, and single use paper towels.
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 71.5 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) internally at the plate level.
- 2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
- Balk bleach - available/100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (bleach water) was available inside the labelled spray bottle.
- Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
- Freezers was at 16 degrees C.
- Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
- Storage - organized.

Bar:

- 2 refrigerators - satisfactory.
