Observation: - Heavy accumulation of rodent droppings observed throughout warehouse and food storage areas.
- Evidence of rodent nesting observed in warehouse area.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove all droppings from the following areas and thoroughly clean:
- Under and behind all storage shelves, pallets, hard to reach areas.
- Surfaces of all storage shelves.
- Floors
- Sanitize shelving surfaces affected by droppings. Use mixture of 1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water.
- Remove all spilled food and food debris accumulation on, under, and behind shelving to prevent pest attraction.
- Discard old and/ or unused bulk packaging materials - Styrofoam, boxes, plastic wrap, etc.
- Remove unused and/ or broken wood pallets.
- Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control service technician.

Observation: - Multiple potential pest entry points and areas favourable to rodent nesting observed.
Corrective Action(s): - Repair damaged walls in receiving area. Seal holes and gaps.
- Install bottom and side door sweeps on roll up bay doors.
- Repair and/ or replace door sweep at entry door.
- Clean up and remove all spilled food debris accumulation.
- Seal floor cracks.
- Seal holes/ gaps throughout warehouse.
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are accessible for pest control service. Allow for a minimum 12" gap between the walls and pallets so that areas are accessible for pest control service technician to inspect and treat.
- Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control service technician.
