Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator prepared QUATs sanitizer spray by diluting 40% sanitstuff to 60% water. QUATs test strips unable to read as the concentration is too high. As per manufacturer instruction mentioned that 8mL to 4L water. Operator informed before QUATs sanitizer was prepared with 40% sanitizer to 60% water as it was a different brand of sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare QUATs sanitizer spray bottle to measure at 200ppm. Ensure when diluting QUATs sanitizer to read manufacturer instruction on proper dilution.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Stock Sanistuff available.logs are well maintained.
Stand-up cooler, display cooler, slushie machine, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Dry storage satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Provided staff 3-compartment sink educational poster. Educated staff on proper manual warewashing. Ensure drain plugs are available for sinks to ensure proper manual warewashing.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
