Observation: Many mouse droppings found in old staff washroom, behind front line cooler and along bottom of front windows. Several glue boards found set up through out premise.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all mouse droppings as well as any food debris on the floor. Recommend using another method of catching mice such as mechanical traps like snap traps.

Observation: Multiple pieces of old equipment that is not in use as well as tables stored in old washroom. Lots of mouse droppings found in this room as well.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all equipment and any other items that are not used for restaurant anymore because this area can give mice a place to live and hide. **This was noted in previous inspections**. Due: Feb 28, 2023
