-Coolers are under 4 degC
-Freezers are below -18degC
-As per operator, he's making the sausages and bacon in the oven, not on the stove top and was told by the Fire dept. that this was okay.
-Bleach is on-site
-Orkin pest control is still on contract.
-Both hand sinks are fully equipped.
-As discussed, your FS level 1 certificate will expire on July 29, 2018. Take the refresher course before then.
