Handsinks fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.
Hot water supply available at all sinks. Ensure to monitor the daily hot water usage.
Dishwasher was repaired. The dishwasher was @ 75.oC on plate level during final rinse cycle
3 butane gas burners were removed from the facility
Cleaning done under the stove and hard to reach areas.
A closure order was rescinded during inspection.
