Comments

Handsinks fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towel. Hot water supply available at all sinks. Ensure to monitor the daily hot water usage. Dishwasher was repaired. The dishwasher was @ 75.oC on plate level during final rinse cycle 3 butane gas burners were removed from the facility Cleaning done under the stove and hard to reach areas. A closure order was rescinded during inspection. Note: Repeating of the same infraction may result in reduction of food menu items and other further enforcement actions.
