A follow-up inspection was completed: - Floor tile in front kitchen area is repaired. All holes and cracks have been filled and sealed, the floor in smooth, level, sealed and cleanable. - The front hand washing sink has a full paper towel dispenser and a wall mounted soap dispenser was installed and full. The handwashing sink and splash guards have been cleaned, no food debris/grease present. - All foil and cardboard are new. - The blue trolley is clean, no food or grease debris. - All violations have been corrected. Great job!!! **Save money and plan to repair the damaged floor tiles in the back food preparation/kitchen area. All damaged floor tiles must be replace/repaired so the floor is smooth, level, sealed and cleanable**** Plan to complete repairs by September 2023.
