Routine Inspection:

NOTE: facility not open to the public at the time of inspection. Food prep occurring during inspection.
NOTE: facility just received some groceries. Ensure to store all food items in coolers and dry storage as soon as possible.

Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
General food handling practices good:
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items stored off the floor.
- Food storage in coolers is organized.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level for final rinse cycle.
Washroom sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Premises well lit.
Overall cleanliness in dining area good.
