Comments

General sanitation is acceptable now. However, more cleaning's required; as well as the pest management service must continued to work on site. Food debris, grease, and rodent droppings mostly have been cleaned (Note: Observed droppings in hard to reach areas). Contaminated items removed from the premise. Friendly reminder: Organize storage of the premise; Garbage and not related items have to be removed from the premise. Regularly check shelves and a produce on it for signs of any infestation. Correction Order will remain. Mandatory: Invoices from a pest management service must be present to the area inspector.
