Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Chlorine spray bottle measured at 200ppm. Chlorine bulk available.
Prep cooler used for refrigeration measured at 4C. Stand-up cooler and chest freezers in the walk-in cooler measured at 4C and -18C or lower respectively.
Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Secondary cook step conducted for donair meats.
No signs of pests observed.

All violations in previous report#JCHY-CT7REU have been corrected:
-Light above the food preparation observed to be covered.
-Behind chest freezer and stand-up cooler observed to be in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized.
