Observation: *Significant number of mouse droppings observed throughout produce displays and in walk in cooler under wooden pallets.
* Email pest control reports for last month to inspector (business card provided). Due: Monday April 4th.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all mouse droppings from each of these areas (including walk in cooler) at least weekly.

Observation: Majority of displays in customer area are baskets that are propped up with old styrofoam and plastic boxes previously used for produce. These are not durable and create hiding/harborage areas for mice.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all old styrofoam and plastic boxes used to prop up displays. Install more permanent, durable supports for display baskets that are more open to discourage pests hiding and durable. Due: 2 weeks April 15th, 2022

- Onion/potato display improved with wood barrier installed between wood frame of potato/onion display and wooden display behind it. **remove cardboard and see violation noted above to further improve display and prevent pest harborage.

- Front displays cleaned on weekly rotation according to staff
