- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with one exception (kitchen prep cooler 7 Celsius).
*Operator indicates elevated temp may be due to loading of the top inserts with food in the morning. Please monitor this unit closely to ensure that it returns to a stable temp of 4 C or colder.
