Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. One insert of bacon and one insert of onions were left out in room temperature. 1.5 hours have passed since they have been taken out of the cooler.
2. Insert of lettuce was overfilled and above the ice level. Temperatures were measured to be 6C.
3. Dipping sauces and coffee creamers stored at 9-10C for an unknown period of time in the topping cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Discard the bacon and onions if they are not to be used within 30 minutes.
2. Raise the ice level or store the insert deeper in the ice. Ensure the level of food stored on ice does not exceed the ice level.
3. Discard all perishable food items in this cooler.
