and cold/hot running water
Temperatures : Walk in cooler at 4C,
two freezers in back of house at -18C or
lower. Chest Freezer Front of house
- 18 C And lower, Standing cooler at
4C and lower. Prep cooler at 3C.
(Reminder to operator to record temperatures
daily)
- Low temperature dish washer at
around 100ppm chlorine residual
- Sanitizer spray bottle bleach and water
measures around 200ppm.
- no pests observed during time
of inspection.

floor.
