Corrective Action(s): The operator posted "For Personal Use Only" sign on the chest freezer at the time of the inspection. This chest freezer is to be used for staff only.

- General sanitation is good.
- All coolers (beverage, display, walk in) < or = 4C
- All freezers (chest, upright) < or = -18C
- Temperatures are monitored by staff.
- Two compartment sink available with chlorine sanitizer at 100ppm to wash and sanitize food contact surfaces (ie slurpee machine).
- Surface sanitizers at 100ppm chlorine solution are to be available in spray bottles to wipe down work spaces and other contact surfaces.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random food items (i.e. dairy products, prepackaged meats, prepackaged sandwiches) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
- Dry storage area is organized and food items are kept at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor for better cleaning, air circulation, and preventing pest contamination.
