Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings using a bleach solution. Do a daily check of the dry storage foods in the aisles. Violation Score: 9

On Follow-Up: -Inventory in the back storage area has been sold. There's no clutter in the back anymore. Great job. All the shelving are on wheels for easier access for cleaning. -There's better lighting in the back storage area now. -Gaps under both rolling doors have been sealed -Front retail area has been reorganized -Display cooler has been fixed. Temperature of the cooler is 2 degC. -Milk crates in the dry storage room have been replaced with proper shelving. -Orkin is on a weekly contract. Service reports are available. Last report (serviced today) indicates that 15 mice were caught. Continue with weekly contract until no mice are caught for a month straight and then we can discuss decreasing the frequency of servicing. A FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT NOTICE IN THE NEXT FEW MONTHS.
