Observation: -Drying racks next to 3-compartment wash sinks completely taken up with personal effects: foods, old food containers, a printer(?). As well observed personal effects next to designated handwash sinks, in the cooking area.

-cardboard/paper shelf liners observed in the Walk-in coolers/freezers
Corrective Action(s): Keep ALL personal employee effects in the lunchroom/lockerroom area. Clear out all the drying racks next to the 3-compartment sink

Remove ALL cardboard/paper shelf liners in the fridges -you must be cleaning and sanitizing these stainless steel shelves as needed!
