Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface - Powersmart reached 1875ppm lactic acid - Walk-in and preparation coolers reached 4C or lower - All freezers were -18C or lower - Ice machine was in good condition; ice scoop was stored in a sanitary manner - Food storage was good (including downstairs); all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground.
