Observation: 1. A lid is noted inside the kitchen handsink. Also a bag of tea whitener is placed on the floor in front of the handsink, blocking access.
2. No soap noted in washoroom.
Correction: 1. Handwashing station must be clear of items and must be accessible at all times.
2. Replenish liquid handsoap in washroom.

GEN. - The following items have been observed:
--> Ice machine is now in sanitary condition
--> Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle noted for front area. At least 100ppm chlorine noted.
--> Kitchen handsink is free of items and accessible
--> Handsoap in washroom has been replenished
--> Dust has been removed in kitchen walls and ceiling.
--> Some droppings have been removed.
--> Mandatory mask sign is posted on front door.
--> A copy of Covid-19 Safety Plan is on-site upon request.

Still Outstanding:
--> Remove all droppings in cabinet, sanitize area, and monitor.
--> Spoke with operator regarding disinfectant. Ensure product used is on the list of approved disinfectant against Covid-19. Ensure the specified contact time is achieved.
