Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Papertowels not available at bar handsink to dry hands after handwashing. When asked, employee replied that they "use rags to dry hands."

2. Use containers that are durable, washable, non-absorbent, and constructed of food grade materials for direct food storage. Do not store flour and panko directly in garbage bins. Garbage bins are not intended for food storage.
