Corrective Action(s): 1. Ice scoop must be stored in a clean, sanitary manner. Wash and sanitize ice scoop. Store ice scoop in a sanitary manner. A clean container is acceptable. [CORRECTED]
2. Use containers that are durable, washable, non-absorbent, and constructed of food grade materials for direct food storage. Do not store flour and panko directly in garbage bins. Garbage bins are not intended for food storage.
