Routine Inspection: *Facility was not in operation during inspection. -Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Food Storage Temperature: -All coolers at/below 4°C -All freezers at/below -18°C -Hot holding unit was not in use. General Maintenance and Sanitation: Two-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing -Single-use utensil and plates in use -Food items stored off the ground and free of contamination -No sign of pest activity observed during inspection -Washroom in good sanitary condition and well-supplied -Fire department will inspect the vent hood at May 10, 2024. Administration: -Operating permit posted in a conspicuous location -FoodSafe Level 1 certified staffs on-site (expiry date 2029).
