302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Violations noted: No sanitizer detected in "Kleen Pail" at the time of the inspection for wiping counters. Once notified, store manager replenished sanitizer solution and it was measured to be 200 ppm Quats. Obtain test strips so sanitizer solution can be verified. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score:

Clean these areas. Correction Date: Oct 3/16 Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 309 - Chemicals, cleansers, & similar agents stored or labeled improperly [s. 27] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Motor oil was being stored on shelving above food products (packaged chocolate bars, candy). Inspection in response to ownership change and name change. Premises to continue to operate as a convenience store. No food service. General Comments: Hot & cold running water was available. Liquid soap & paper towel available at handwashing sink *load paper towel into dispenser. Display cooler was at 3 deg. C Walk-in cooler was at 4 deg. C Ice cream freezer was at -21 deg. C Upright freezer was at -18 deg. C No signs of pest activity noted. Premises has health approval to operate.
