Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle at front service area measured at 100 ppm QUATS concentration. Operator filled sanitizer spray bottle with new solution which measured at 200ppm QUATS during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer spray bottles are changed more frequently to allow for proper cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Check sanitizer strength with available QUATS test strips near 3-compartment sink to ensure the concentration is at 200 ppm QUATS.

Routine Inspection Conducted:

Observations'

1. Temperatures:
- Walk-in cooler at 3C
- Walk-in freezer at -19C
- Hot-holding unit at 62C
- Sandwich display coolers (X2) at 4C
- Temperature logs available and maintained (checked twice daily) - good!

2. Sanitation:
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory
- Handwashing stations in front service area and in staff washroom supplied with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- 3-compartment sink with drain plugs available on premises
- Sanitizer dispenser measured at 200 ppm QUATS
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

3. Storage:
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the ground
- All foods observed covered in the walk-in cooler
- Time-stamps available on prepared items in the walk-in cooler

4. Administration:
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained employee on premises during time on inspection (Valid until May 6, 2022)
- Operating permit visible during time of inspection
