Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezers at -10 to -13 degrees C
- Thermometers available within cold holding units
- Three sink plugs available at three-compartment sink
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer dispenser available at three-compartment sink. Sanitizer tested at 200 to 400 ppm quats in sanitizing compartment and in container with wiping cloths. Note: Manufacturer's directions for sanitizer preparation state that a 200 to 400 ppm strength solution is acceptable for food contact surfaces (no rinse).
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored safely.
- Hand washing sink is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in a dispenser.
- Cleaning products and food products are stored separately in dry storage
