Overall, facility is maintained in a sanitary and organized manner
-Handwash station fully stocke with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
-All coolers are at or below 4C. No PHFs stored in coolers
-Large walk-in area is designated for mango storage
-Walk-in freezers (both) are below -18C
-Temperature logs are being maintained.
-Dry storage is good. Organized and stored above 15cm off the ground
-No signs of pest activity. *Ensure all garage-style door seals are kept in good condition*
-Pest company is contracted weekly. Pest traps observed
-QUATs sanitizer in labelled spray bottles are available and achieve 200ppm
