Follow-up Inspection Conducted (Refer to inspection report #SDHI-CHTR75 for outstanding violations) Observations: - General sanitation of premise has improved - Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - No signs of pests during inspection - Bleach sanitizer in labelled spray bottle and in bucket with wiping cloths measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration (all wiping cloths have also been replaced) - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - Sandwich cooler (top and bottom) at 4'C - FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator available on site during inspection - All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered - Front door observed closed during inspection Notes: - No signature due to COVID - Inspection report will be emailed to the operator Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
