Follow up inspection conducted to verify violations identified in routine inspection have been corrected. - Food products are now stored 6 inches off of the floor. Items on shelving re-arranged so that only non food items stored on shelf nearest floor. Food products were in sealed boxes/containers or pest proof containers. - Floor, interior of cooler, and cooler and freezer door handles have been cleaned. Ensure these areas are routinely cleaned at appropriate frequency to prevent any accumulation of debris or grime. - Corner of back wall has been fixed. Corner protector piece has been re-affixed. - Foodsafe requirements met at time of the inspection. Manager and one additional staff member present who have completed Foodsafe level 1. Note: Signature of recipient of report not required at this time due to Covid 19 safety protocols. Observations of inspection reviewed with Manager and copy of report provided.
