Comments

General sanitation - satisfactory.
Handwashing stations (in the kitchen/front serving area) supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
All coolers (display, walk in, prep, upright) at < or = to 4 C.
All freezers (domestic/chest) at -18 C.
All refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers.
Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm.
All dishes and utensils are clean.
Surface sanitizer available in white buckets with presoaked wiping cloths.
Dry storage room - satisfactory (small amount of food in the storage room).
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

Recommendation:
- Prep. cooler has excessive accumulation of ice. Please defrost, clean, and sanitize.
Note: Ice can block cold air circulation and temperature in the cavity will be uneven.
- Broken tiles near the back door have to be replaced
