(back room milk fridge thermometer needs to be replaced) Sanitizer solution in bucket tested at <200ppm quats. (½ pump quats and 1 bucket of luke warm water). *Ensure to obtain testing strips High temp dishwasher achieved 74.4C at plate level after final rinse General sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pests
