Follow up inspection conducted:

-CODE 205 in compliance. Shrimps/tofu stored in prep cooler and will always be stored in prep cooler, as agreed with kitchen staff. Good.
-CODE 209 in compliance. New stainless food storage shelves placed by the kitchen entrance. Good. No issues observed with the current food storage practice. Newspapers removed.
-CODE 302 in compliance. Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse. 3 sanitizer spray bottles available – one in kitchen/two at the front. All labelled properly and had 100-200ppm chlorine.
-CODE 306 in compliance. Areas mentioned cleaned. General sanitation level satisfactory at this time.
-CODE 311 in compliance. Front handwash station and prep sink not in use for dishwashing purposes. NOTE: Owner had asked if the prep sink could be used for rinsing knives in between. OK- make sure to spray sanitizer after each wash, and all dishwashing with detergent should occur at the back only- using 2 compartment sink or the dishwasher.
-CODE 401 in compliance. Handwash station adequately supplied.
