The following items have been cleaned.
-floor in the kitchen especially near the mop sink and in all corners and hard-to-reach areas.
-Double wash sink and back splash areas.
New lid for grease trap has been covered from all sides.
Deep freezer lid has been replaced.
Malfunctioning cooler has been replaced with a new cooler. Registered 4 C.
Dishwasher is now hooked up with detergent and rinse aid.

Ensure to clean the ceiling tiles above the dishwashing area.
Ensure to check and record temperatures for all cooler and final rinse temp for dishwasher.
Bleach sanitizer tested 200 ppm.
