Follow up inspection to PDHL-C3ZVH6 - Facility was clean and free of grease, dirt and debris - Food storage practices in walk-in cooler was adequate *Ensure proper training of all staff members to not leave food items on the ground and to cover all food items to prevent contamination* - Storage area was mostly free of rodent droppings. *Ensure to routinely check for droppings and to clean as needed* - Previous violations had been corrected - As per discussion, main cook will renew FOODSAFE Level 1 No signature required due to COVID-19 Please contact the health inspector if there are any questions or concerns
