All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests, traps are in place. The ice machine was clean. The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Sanitizer buckets had 100 ppm chlorine. General sanitation was satisfactory.
