All records are to be meticulously maintained (example of which is in file). Any non-compliance with new approved food safety plan will result in the approval being revoked and facility will go back to strictly hot holding items or cold storage of items. Ensure all staff are following Food Safety plan requirements (including record keeping) strictly as entire approval is based on compliance.
