Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 1 degree C
- 1 door reach in cooler at 2 degrees C
- 2 door (dessert) reach in cooler at 3 degrees C
- 2 door (beverage) reach in cooler at 2 degrees C
- Walk in freezer at -15 degrees C. Freezer may be on defrost cycle.
- Reach in freezer at -20 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures at greater than 60 degrees C (minimum 60 degrees C)
- Food is stored safely at time of inspection
- Thermometers accurate to 1 degree C available for cold holding units
- Hand washing stations supplied with warm running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer at 200 ppm. Quats sanitizer dispenser measured at 200 ppm. Test strips available.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 72 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C).
- Utensils and equipment stored in sanitary condition
- No evidence of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Professional pest control services provided on a monthly basis.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
