- Kitchen was not in use at the time of inspection. Very little food is stored on site.
- General sanitation is good
- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Domestic cooler at < or = 4C.
- Chest freezer at < or = -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is available but turned off during inspection. Ensure the temperature gauge reaches 82C/180F during the rinse.
- Two compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottles. Ensure the sanitizer is used on food contact surfaces regularly when kitchen is in use.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
