Observation: Bar glasswasher has 0 ppm chlorine residual (requires 50 ppm chlorine residual to sanitize glasses/dishes). Glasses/dishes are being run through the kitchen's high temperature dishwasher temporarily until the glasswasher is repaired.
Corrective Action(s): Repair glasswasher to achieve 50 ppm chlorine residual on the sanitizing cycle. Until the glasswasher is repaired, continue to wash put all glasses through the dishwasher in the kitchen.
